Obituary of Rose-Marie Simonson

Simonson: Rose Marie (Nee O'Brodovich) Peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving family at the age of 82 on Thursday April 7, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Louis Simonson. Much loved mother of Donna, Jim and Pat (Phil). Cherished grandmother of Shawna (John), Kelsey, Melissa, Trevor, Matthew, Dillon and T.J. Great grandmother of Kerri and Christopher. Lovingly remembered by sister Elaine (Ian deceased) and her side kick Margot (Jim). Predeceased by sisters Evelyn, Ann and Kathleen and by brothers Matthew, Steven, Joseph, Michael and John. Sadly missed by 3 sisters in law Sally, Vicki and Mary and their families. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, her many friends and by Joe (Sandy), Debbie (Tom). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday May 3rd at 7:00 pm in our chapel. Many thanks to Dr. Maitland and Heather and also CCAC Cindy H, and paramed nurses Tracy and Greg. Donations made to the Children's Wish Foundation, Gananoque Humane Society, Salvation Army or to the Gananoque Legion Br# 92 would be appreciated by the family.
