Obituary of Margaret Beaubien

Beaubien: Margaret (Marcie) Marcella (neé McDonald) passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday September 17, 2016. Predeceased by her husband William Gordon Beaubien, Marcie joins her beloved children Paula and John, each of her brothers and sisters, and her dearest friend, Ron Vallier, in Heaven. Marcie leaves behind her grandchildren Michael Serson of Ottawa, Dinah Jansen (David Burling) of Kingston, and her great grandchildren, Madison and Quentin Brown of Wolfe Island. She is also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, and treasured friends, all of whom have done so much for and with her, and to whom she was eternally grateful. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home, 63 Garden St. Gananoque on Wednesday Sept. 21st from 2-4pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church on Thursday Sept. 22 at 11 am. Rite of Committal at St. John's Cemetery and a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion (55 King St.), will follow. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to St. John's Restoration Fund would be appreciated. Online condolences please go to www.tompkinsfuneralhome.ca
