Obituary of Etta Running

Running: Etta Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre on Thursday November 27, 2008 at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Vernal Running. Much loved mother of Leslie (Marjorie), Irvin (Ruth), Raymond (Noreen), and Murray (Diane). Predeceased by 1 son Burrell. Fondly remembered by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and by 1 great great grandchild. Predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters. Survived by sister in law Thelma Goff. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Calvary Pentecostal Church on Sunday November 30 at 2 pm. Interment Sand Bay Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Calvary Pentecostal Church Building fund or to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
