Patricia Baker

February 5, 1945 – July 12, 2023

With great sadness we announce the passing of Patricia Baker (nee Withrow) on July 12, 2023.  After a short and courageous battle with cancer, with her loving and devoted family by her side. Pat leaves behind her daughters Leslie Paddle (Sean), Anne Walker (Peter) and Lorraine Stevens (Dan). Pat also leaves behind her loving grandchildren Jenna Berndt (Matt), Phillip Berndt (Catherine), Ben Walker,  Elizabeth Walker (Brooke), Charlotte Tulk (Daniel),  Max Stevens (Natalie), Madeline Orr (Dillon), and great grandson Emerson.

Of all of her greatest accomplishments Pat was proudest of her family. She enjoyed her gardens and volunteering at Providence Care, Tea and Talk.  Pats home was always open to family and friends; she could whip up a meal at a moment’s notice. Pat was always there when she was needed.

A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday July 29^th, 2023 from 2pm – 4pm at Tompkins Funeral Home, 63 Garden St., Gananoque Ont., K7G 2T8

A special thanks to her care team including Nurses from St. Elizabeth, PSW’s from Bayshore and the Doctors who took part in her care.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Providence Care Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
