Gary was our mother’s partner for over 4 years and over the course of their relationship our family was fortunate to get to spend time with Gary. Gary was a smart, kind, fun person to be around, simply put a real nice guy.
Gary was well liked by our family and many in the community. An example of this is when Dan came home from a golf day with Gary and said “ I felt like I was golfing with a celebrity, everybody on the golf course stopped to talk to him or shout out a greeting.”
When Gary and mom spent time at our camper Gary would fix something or leave something that would be useful for the camper.
Our paths crossed when we were in PEI and we spent a few fun filled days together exploring the island, having lots of laughs along the way!
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Gary’s sons Steve and Matt who he spoke so proudly about and his brother, sisters and their families. We will miss you Gary! ❤️

So many memories with my great friend Gary from him blasting down Victoria St. in his souped up Vega or his high powered snow mobile, to diving into the pool out of his bedroom window at the"Height", to blasting through a "wall of rain" at grenadier,to him pulling me out of the water at 3 o'clock in the morning on Shawn Adair's houseboat to blowing his nose with a five dollar bill at Canada Jam to the great cruses on his boat after the Dayoff ball game.I can keep going and going with these memories.It has been such a great ride with you.God bless you and I will see you on the other side.
