I am so saddened to hear this news. I worked at Steacy & Delaney for over 20 years & came to know Larry & his family very well. Larry had such a kind heart and a generous & friendly nature. He was dedicated to his family and helping others wherever he could through his work and throughout the Gananoque community. A professional gentleman who always conducted himself with honesty and integrity. We shared a lot of jokes and laughs over the years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace. My deepest condolences to Sharron, David & all of the family

Our sympathy to Sharon and the whole family, thinking of you all at this time, and sending hugs.
Growing up beside the Steacy’s, I remember Larry’s funny sense of humour joking around with all of us girls as we called ourselves The Glenburnie Pups.
The good ole days!

Condolences to the Steacy family. I first met Larry when he was articling with Henry Knotek and we were both starting in the office just out of school. From that office we went on with our lives and through the years would run into each other for a chat. May your memories sustain you through this time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers

Dear Sharron and family, Anne and I were so saddened to learn of Larry's passing and extend to you are deepest sympathies.
Larry was a godsend to me since we both were in the same law class so many years ago. He, Doug James and I always sat together and with my rule ...no classes before 10 am, I counted on Larry to let me copy his notes which were always so well done.
Larry and I roomed together in Toronto during our Bar Admissions Course during 1973-74 and it made that period of time in my life enjoyable.
And did I mention ...Larry was my Best Man at our Wedding in 1972. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.
You and He are in our Thoughts and Prayers, Love Keith and Anne Bell Ottawa

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Steacy family at this difficult time. I hope you and Fred have booked a tee time already. I sure enjoyed your company on the golf course. To have known such a fine gentleman and professional as you was a pleasure for myself and the many others who knew you throughout the years.
Rest In Peace my dear friend.
