I am grateful for the visits I had with Thelma at the Modler farm during the recent summers of covid - sitting on the porch and chatting, getting a tour of her garden, laughing and telling stories. Thelma was respectful, kind, funny and thoughtful and I enjoyed introducing her to Montreal bagels with cream cheese and "lox" - smoked salmon. I especially enjoyed answering Thelma's earnest questions about Jewish holidays and customs that made me laugh out loud; her interest was genuine and I am honoured to have known Thelma. May her memory be a blessing.

I met Thelma at home hardware and I had my Yorkies. She always said hi and played with them, if I didn’t have them she would ask about them every time. I am so very sorry for her family, she was a great person. R.I.P. Thelma, u will be missed terribly.

I was so sorry to hear of Thelma's passing. My sincerest condolences to Dale and all Thelma's family. She will be sorely missed by so many.
She was a great co-worker and friend to my late husband Leo Carl as well as a cherished friend to me. Thelma was always happy to care for our dog Molly whenever we were away. I had to put Molly down shortly after Leo passed. It was very difficult but Thelma went with me. I so needed and appreciated her support and friendship at that time.
