Auntie Glady and Uncle Edgar made the long trip from thier visit out west all the way to NS to be here when Dad and I lost Mom. I will never forget them showing up at the hospital to be there for us. Another special time, Auntie Glady made tons of keepsakes for me to hand out when I got married. Yet another time they made the trip down to NS. I have so many memories from 270 Victoria Avenue. How every summer she would throw an early birthday party for Dad that he wouldn't know till it happened. He may have even helped set up for some of them thinking it was for something totally different, like a family BBQ.
