Thoughts go out to the Clare family during this time...I will remember Grover as our softball coach for many years...he had to put up with over 10 females at any given time...a fate many could not endure - even the strongest among us...we played hard, and maybe partied even harder...to my Clare mates, on the field and off, happy memories and hope our paths cross again in this life or another...peace always Jo!

Thinking of your family today. Grover was an outstanding colleague and mentor to many of the new Principals and Vice Principals. His easy-going nature and sensible thinking was welcomed by all. A great example to all of us who are fathers and husbands. His wit and wisdom will be missed. However, the memories that he created will live on.

Very sorry to hear about Grover’s Passing. He will truly be missed. I had the privilege of having Glover as my baseball coach many years ago. The fondest memory I have from then is Grover telling me that I was the only person he knew that could hit a home run and turn it into a triple. He was a very special man. Jane

I did not begin curling until later in life with some good friends who I got together with in my retirement. None of my enjoyment would have been possible if not for the efforts of Grover and his family in making sure that the Gananoque Curling Club did not go down the drain and thanks to them it's alive and strong today.
My sincerest thanks Grover.
