Ted Griffin of R.R. #3 Gananoque died suddenly at the Carveth Care Centre of Tuesday March 26, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Griffin (nee Cook). Loving father of Stephen (Barb), Connie (Darcy) and Nancy (Barb). Cherished grandfather of Tim, Roy, Lisa, Brian and Matthew. Dear brother of Barbara Box, Eileen Poole and Heather Tennant. Predeceased by 3 sisters Dorothy Hewson, Nena Amos and Margaret Griffin and by his parents William and Freda Griffin. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from our chapel on Saturday March 30 at 11:00 am. Interment Gananoque Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Alzheimer`s Society or to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
