Heather and I were friends for nearly 40 years. I miss her every day. She was an amazing person, so kind to everyone but especially to her family. Her passing will leave an immeasurable void in their lives. You’re in my heart, Kelly, Patrick and Mia.
Kelly, Patrick and Mia, our hope is that it helps to know others are thinking of you during these most difficult of times. Heather was a wonderful friend and is sorely missed.
So sorry..another Howe islander has left the island. I remember along time ago I cared for heathers horse “Yankee”..beautiful large gelding..heather and her mum..the school “marm”..live on within my memories..
Changes to the island do happen..some we relish and others we question..
