Certainly the" fun" Aunt. I fondly remember the joke cards for birthdays and just for surprise that were exchanged for many years. She will be missed. Our prayers go out today to family and friends.
REMEMBRANCES of RUTH
Ruth and I lived at 322 Brock in the 70's and 80's, becoming friends visiting back and forth, often walking to church together.
When I married and moved away we lost touch until one day I was waiting for my turn at the Seeley's Bay Medical Centre when a lady came in and spoke to the receptionist -- I recognized the voice -- it was Ruth!
We had a chat about old times.
Unfortunately when I finally went to visit, she had moved away.

Dear Stacie and David,
We were saddened to hear of the loss of your Mom. We all have many fond memories of Aunt Ruth going back to our childhoods. She and Mom had many fun adventures together including their exotic trip to Morocco. We'll remember Ruth as a true individual with an occasional flair for the dramatic, who loved her family and enjoyed fashion, culture,and reading. She always spoke so fondly of both of you and your families, especially her grandchildren.
