Suddenly at his home in Ottawa on Thursday June 16, 2011 at the age of 42. Pat Graham, beloved son of Alice Anne Graham (Hunt) of Gananoque and Wayne Graham of Ottawa. Dear brother of Mark (Lori). Predeceased by 1 brother Danny. Loving uncle of Cailyn and Mia Graham. He will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church on Tuesday June 21 at 11:00 am. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. John's Restoration Fund would be appreciated by the family.
