My deepest sympathy and condolences to all of Pat's family and everyone who knew him. I met Pat back in the early 90's and became friends right away while we shared our love of music, especially Neil Young. Pat was a very kind and gentle soul and will be dearly missed by many!! May you rest in peace Brother!!

I have been trying to accept this news, I have known Pat since 1990, however I only recently have been in touch with him. He always was a gentle soul who embraced life with all the joy and wonder as a child, his love of music was apart of him and I regret not getting together with him sooner to "jam". We must not weep for him but enjoy our lives as he would not want us to waste our own lives but enjoy every moment. Destiny is unpredictable. RIP my friend. Love Kathryn

Please accept my condolences to Pat's Family & Friends. Pat was a good person to know and spend time with. I knew Pat through our shared love of Neil Young's music and I had the very real pleasure of celebrating the music at many T.O. Neil Young Rustfests and shows. Over the years, folks in the Rust community become more than friends, as we become brothers and sisters in our celebration of our common love of the music while leaving behind most of those things that might divide us. A true community. Pat will be missed by me and many others. Rest in Peace.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to the family. I first met Pat through the Human Highway Neil Young computer list. We met in person 11 years ago at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto prior to a Neil Young concert. I remember meeting Pat because he was so friendly and cheerful. He had a nice easygoing manner that immediately made one feel comfortable talking with him. I'm so very sorry to hear about his passing. He was taken away from us much too soon.

I was shocked and sad to hear of Pat's passing. I had just received an e-mail from him the day before...how little we know what lies ahead! I only met Pat once when he came to the Montreal office but we exchanged quite a few e-mails and I always found him to be pleasant and considerate, always willing to help out, never taking himself too seriously. He will be sadly missed by all of us. He was such a sweet, fun-loving, kind person. My heart goes out to you. Please accept my most sincere condolences.

I met Pat more then 20 yrs ago and he was the most quiet and happy go lucky person that I ever met. Not only did I consider him a friend but a brother as well. Many times we shared stories but made a lot of memories. My heart goes out to his family for such an unexpected loss. To his friends and there are many let's raise a glass to Pat. To the man we knew and loved so much, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. CHEERS OLD FRIEND!!!

I first met Pat when we were both telephone interviewers at Environics Research close to 20 years ago and we struck up an instant friendship as was the case with so many others that crossed his path. We were roommates for over a decade, colleagues for close to two decades, but most of all friends for almost half our lives, having shared many laughs, many tears and many beers. A truly beautiful soul taken from us all too soon and Pat will be dearly missed by all of his many friends and colleagues. My deepest condolences to his family and many friends. Pat was a true one of a kind. Hey hey, my my Rock and roll can never die There's more to the picture Than meets the eye. Hey hey, my my.

I worked with Pat for many years at Canadian Facts in Toronto. He was one of those rare people who would always willingly tackle new challenges. I never heard him say "that's not my job". His happy disposition was also welcome especially when things were not going well. My sincere condolences to his family at this time of such a sudden loss. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed.

Please except my sincere condolences. I have known Pat almost my whole life as we went to kindergarten together all the way through school. I had not seen Pat in many years, but through facebook we had reconnected online a couple years back. I have not too many fond memories of grade school as I was a bit of an outcast but Pat never hurt me. He was always kind and friendly... with everyone. He was an amazing soul who will live on in the hearts of many and all he touched. Although I am unable to attend the service as I live over 4 hours away I will be there in heart and spirit. ~Suzanne

I was very sad and surprised when I heard of Pat's passing. I have worked closely with him over the past year. He was very professional and very good at what he did, but more importantly he was one of the nicest people I ever had the opportunity to work with. He once said that folks from Nova Scotia were probably the nicest people on earth. I think that Pat Graham was the nicest person on earth. Blessings to his family and friends. I know that you will miss him greatly.

Dear Pat's family, I met Pat when I joined Canadian Facts in 2000. Shortly after I started, he and I went on a business trip to Toledo, Ohio. We got to know each other during the 5 hour drive there from Toronto. I remember Pat had only a driver's license with him for I.D., but he managed to charm the border guard into letting him into the U.S. When we crossed the state border from Michigan to Ohio, Pat popped one of his cassettes into my car's tape deck - it was cued up to play Neil Young's Ohio. We shared many laughs on that trip. Pat touched many lives and I will miss him. My deepest sympathies and thoughts are with you at this time.
