I would like to send out my condolences for Bob as I was not able to make the services for him. Bob was my boyhood idle with his cars and when he played hockey for the Howe Island Huskies. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. sincerely Hal Murphy

Some of my best memories are of my time spent on the island with your family. Bob was a great man and will forever be with me. I send my most sincere condolences and wish more than anything that I could be there. Whenever I chop wood or grab a #7 I'll be reminded of Bob and my island life. I love you all and God Bless. It is with great sadness I read of Bob's passing. When ever I think of my days on Howe Island, Bob is always remembered as a fantastc person and during the years always showed me he was fun loving, yet sometimes serious.
