Joyce and Family: We were extremely saddened to learn of the passing of Dev. Few people have the ability to make you feel like you have known them forever by welcoming you into their homes and their lives and both you and Dev fall in to that category...both of you are and always will be in our thoughts and prayers.
We were saddened to hear of the passing of Dev. A unique man who shot from the hip and called a spade a spade. He certainly will be missed by all his family, extended and otherwise. We will miss seeing him out and about at the houseboats and you can be sure that as we speak he's checking the big guys prop. Take Care The Dukes
Dear Joyce and Family, We shall miss seeing Dev. He was our character of the neighbourhood. So glad that we knew him and your family over the years. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Jamie, Lisa and Sasha
Joyce: I was saddened to learn of Dev's passing - please accept my condolences. While I hadn't seen Dev since I left Winston Circle in 1969, I remember him well and always intended to visit you both since coming to Kingston in 1974. Bob
Joyce: I was so very sorry to see that Dev had passed away. Due to prior committments I will be unable to attend the service this morning, but my thoughts and prayers are with you today and always! All the very best for you and your family! Don Smith, @ Raymond James in Kingston

Dear Joyce and family, Please accept my deepest sympathies. I will miss Dev's teasing, his sense of humour and his sincere interest in the lives of those he considered friends and family. Karen
