MACNEIL: GARLAND PEACEFULLY AT THE KINGSTON GENERAL HOSPITAL ON MONDAY JULY 14, 2003. GARLAND MACNEIL, BELOVED HUSBAND OF 60 YEARS TO PHYLLIS HAMILTON. MUCH LOVED FATHER OF LINDA KELSEY (BRUCE). PREDECEASED BY 1 SON WAYNE. CHERISHED GRANDFATHER OF CHRISTA MICALLEF AND JULIE SINCLAIR. DEAR GREAT GRANDFATHER OF MATTHEW, BENJAMIN, AND MADISON. DEAR BROTHER OF DONALD, LORNE, VADA HUNTLEY, FAY TOLLS, DORIS GREEN. PREDECEASED BY 3 BROTHERS FORD HOWARD AND KEITH, AND BY 1 SISTER LILA MACMILLAN. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AT THE TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME ON THURSDAY FROM 12:00PM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE IN OUR CHAPEL AT 2:00. INTERMENT LANSDOWNE CEMETERY. DONATIONS TO THE HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED BY THE FAMILY.
