MODLER: BERTHA Peacefully at home on Tuesday September 4, 2007. Bertha Steacy, beloved wife of the late Arthur Modler. Loving mother of Neil (Marie), Jack (Carolynne), and Shirley-Anne Hodgson (Walter). Cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from Christ Anglican Church, Church Street Gananoque on Saturday September 8, at 12:30 pm. Interment Union Cemetery, Lansdowne. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Resident Charitable Fund (Carveth Care Centre), or to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
