Gordanier: Shirley Peacefully with family present at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday March 18, 2001. Shirley Lamoureux, in her 82nd year, beloved wife of the late George Gordanier. Much loved mother of Garry (Lou), Lynda Gordanier (Maurice Bishop) and Donna (Ken Steacy). Predeceased by 1 daughter Dale Airdire. Cherished grandmother of 6, great grandmother of 11 and great great grandmother of 1. Dear sister of Olga Leskun and Carmel Walker. Predeceased by 3 brothers Leo, Arthur and Bernie Lamoureux and by 1 sister Alice Daryaw. The family will receive friends on Monday from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from our chapel on Tuesday March 22 at 11:00 am. Interment St. Barnaby's Cemetery. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
