Obituary of Willie Running

Running: William D. (Bill, Will, Willie) (Owner of Wm. Running Haulage & Excavating) Passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday December 21, 2010. Forever remembered by "His Girl" and devoted partner of 20 wonderful years Cathy Mangan. Will's passion was checking in with his 1000 + friends and business associates daily on the number 1 cell phone and his mission to meet more new friends every single day. Will has been around such amazing people in his 55 years of giving not receiving. In his final legacy of life, Will has brought joy and a new life to at least 8 families at this holiday season an early Christmas present (Organ Donation) from an anonymous Santa in the 1000 Islands . Will's family was so blessed to have received the most amazing care at the Intensive Care Unit Kidd 2 and Trillium Gift of Life Network both at KGH. Will was predeceased by his grandparents Gordon and Pearl Anderson and his parents Morris and Lois Running. Dear son in law of Neil and Jane Mangan. Brother in law of Michael and Sherry Mangan, Bob and Shelley Mangan, Tim and Joanne Mangan. Uncle of Ryan Mangan (Predeceased), Samantha Mangan, Matthew Mangan, Holly Delaney and Mason Mangan. There will be no visitation. Cremation took place with Will's celebration of Life to follow in the spring of 2011.
