Obituary of Doris Bovey

Bovey: Doris Mae Peacefully at home surrounded by the love of family on Tuesday September 14, 2010. Doris O'Hearn, beloved wife of the late Ernest Bovey. Much loved mother of Larry (Peggy) and Jane. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ioleen Bovey, Irene Tozer and Gerald O'Hearn. Predeceased by 1 brother Lappan O'Hearn and by 6 sisters Marguerite Slack, Kaye Beaubiah, Phyllis Stokes, Alice Deans, Marcella Murray and Jean Ashton. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Pat's Catholic Church, Lansdowne on Friday September 17 at 11:00 am. Rite of committal St. John's Cemetery, Gananoque. As expressions of sympathy donations made to St. Johns Restoration Fund or to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care). Parish prayers will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 1:45 pm.
