My sincere sympathy to all of Annette's family. You have suffered through your Mom's deterioration from Alzheimer Disease & I know how devistating that is, my husband also has the disease & has recently been admitted into long term care. I have a lifetime of wonderful, crazy growing-up memories of both your Mom & Dad. I was born in Gananoque 2 months before your Mom. I grew up on the Brock street, a few houses from your Dad's family. The three of us attended St. John's school till the end of grade 10 when my family moved away from Gan.in 1955. Then your Mom entered nurses'training at Hotel Dieu one year after I did so we were able to renew our friendship. My thoughts & prayers are with you. Be kind to yourselves & each other. To the children and grandchildren of Annette. You do not know me but I grew up in Gananoque and Annette attended the same school as I. She was a close friend of my sister Lois. Actually, we lived on Brock Street where your dad was raised so we knew Jack very well too. I offer my condolences and I am happy to have known your Mom.
