Beattie: Grace Winnifred (nee Slack) Peacefully in Peterborough on Tuesday May 15, 2012 at the age of 85. Grace Slack, much loved mother of Nancy Litster (Martha), David Martin (Linda), Debra Innes (Jiuseppe Porco) and Wendy Thomas. Cherished grandmother of David, Donna, Dena, Doug, Jason, Angela, Jeremey, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Jennette, Josh and Desiree. Fondly missed by 12 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Edith Hamilton (Bruce) and Diane Dunn (Bob). Predeceased by 1 brother Doug Slack and his wife Joy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 7:00-9:00 pm and again on Saturday from 12:00 until time of service in our chapel at 1:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
