MacFarlane: Ronald Martin WW II Veteran MBE Retired Provincial Court Judge Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday January 4, 2010 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Bailey. Loving father of Frances Harding (John) and Gillian McCarney (Neil). Predeceased by 1 son Ross. Cherished grandfather of Trish Bennett (Chris), Jennifer Bransfield, Malcolm Harding, Calum and Ross McCarney. Great grandfather of Ashley, Hailey and Abigail. Dear brother of Aileen Brouse. Predeceased by 1 brother Ross MacFarlane. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Grace United Church on Saturday January 9 at 11:00 am. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. A legion service will be held in the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:45 pm.
