Coulter: Martina "Tina" Johanna Maria: Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday June 10, 2009. Martina Vloet in her 66th year devoted wife of 47 yrs to Gary W. Coulter. Loving mother of Kelly . Dearest Grandmother of Stephanie Arruda and Samantha DeGrechie. Dear sister of Trudy Vandenberg of Ottawa, Dina Weren of Chesterville, Nellie Vanderhyden of Stratford, Joanne Stanton of California and Mary Vanmoorsel of Morrisburg. Predeceased by her parents Gerardus Vloet and Johanna Logtens, 1 daughter Tracey, 2 brothers Tony and Gary and 1 sister Jane. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends from all across Canada. Born in Wanroy, North Brabant, The Netherlands, Tina immigrated to Canada in 1950 with her family and seven siblings. Tina assisted her husband in his duties with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the people of Canada will never know the extent and value of her unpaid service. She was active in the PC Party of both Ontario and Canada and worked both in Riding offices and on Parliament Hill. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden St. Gananoque on Sunday evening from 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held from St. John the Evangelist Church Stone St. S Gananoque on Monday June 15 at 11am. Memorial donations to the Gananoque Humane society in Tina's memory would be appreciated by the family.
