I would like to recollect an almost thirty year old memory of Uncle John. I was in my late teens and had driven up to Canada to visit Uncle Johnny and Aunt Millie one summer. They had just moved into the house on the lake and I remember Uncle Johnny telling me how he had built the house himself. I knew he worked with construction but never fathomed someone building their own house. That memory stays with me because it was such a monumental achievement. It just shows how much ability and fortitude was masked by his humble demeanor. We miss you, and are thankful to have been touched by you. Love, Steve and Family.
