Obituary of Richard O'Neill

O'Neill: Richard Bernard "Dick" Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital after a lengthy battle of COPD, on Thursday December 1, 2016 at the age of 83. Dick O'Neill, beloved husband of Joy (nee Andersen) of 62 years. Loving father of Peggy Houlden (Cliff), Kathy Karkut, David (Ilham) and Kelly Cirtwill. Cherished grandfather of Tanner, Tasia, Teela, Michaela, Nicola, Yassin and Ayah. Great grandfather of Piper. Dear brother of Michael and step sister Theresa Davies. Brother in law of Lois and Lawrence Mattson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church on Friday December 9 at 11:00 am. Followed by cremation. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to St. John's Restoration Fund would be appreciated by the family.
