Obituary of Lynn Dorey

Dorey: Lynn Elaine Lynn Elaine Dorey, 68 years young, of Brockville, suddenly passed away on April 11, 2012. She was born November 12, 1943 in Kingston to the late Augusta and Archibald Running. She was one of eight siblings. Predeceased by Don, Alvin and Stephen Running and is survived by Robert, Karen Mastin, Brian and Cheryl Pritchard. On April 8th, 1961, Lynn married Richard Earl Dorey and together they built a beautiful life. Lynn had a passion for life, travelling and cooking, especially for her loved ones. As an extremely proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she always had a story to tell about what the kids were achieving. Her smile and especially her laugh were contagious to everyone. Lynn is survived by two children, Lee-Ann Doole and Mark Dorey, as well as five granddaughters; Jaymie and Jackie Doole, Rachel, Hanna, and Paige Dorey as well as one great granddaughter Kaylee flowers. Friends will be received on Friday April 13 from 11:00 am until time of service in our chapel at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be truly appreciated.
