Passed away peacefully at the Perth Community Care Centre on Thursday November 24, 2016 at the age of 88. Alice (nee Andress), beloved wife of the late Thomas Beattie. Much loved mother of Garry Beattie (Joanne), Brenda Jeroy, Donna Burridge and Debbie Dickson. Cherished grandmother of Lisa (Mike), Bob (Jennifer), Jamie (Heather), Chris (Amy), Melissa (Tim) and Tom (Ashley). Dear great grandmother of Cody, Wyatt, Kendra, Brock, Emma, Kaylie, Juliya, Gracie, Lee, Taylor, Nevaeh and Claire. Predeceased by 1 sister Margaret Brennan. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held for Alice in the Chapel of Tompkins Funeral Home on Wednesday November 30 at 11:00 am. Inurnment will follow at Willowbank Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Diabetes Association, Canadian Hearing Society Kingston, or to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
