My wife and I came to visit Nancy and John for the first time when the lived in Gananoque in the 90's. We stopped to use a pay phone to get directions to where they lived. Nancy gave me directions and we visited for the day. After we left and were half way to Trenton, I realized I left my business notebook in the phone booth. When I got home I called, Nancy had John go look, it was still there, she sent it to me express mail, I had it two days after. That's a friend. They were an incredible couple, the best of the best!

It is with great sadness to here of my good friend Nancy's passing. My thoughts are with you JoAnne, Linda, Robert and the the rest of the family. Nancy possessed a mirth for life and was the kindest, most caring person I ever knew. She supported people she loved and would never turn her back on them, even if they made mistakes. Nancy was an exception in this world, one in a billion! I will miss our chats and her kind understanding shoulder.
