Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre on Wednesday January 21, 2009 at the age of 87. Cecil Stevens, beloved husband of the late Mildred Hall and the late Mabel Carpenter. Dear brother of Iona Grue, Pauline Haird, Ronald Stevens. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Leita Stevens, by 3 brothers Silas, Cornelius and Delbert Stevens and by 1 sister Bernice Brennan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from the Gateway United Pentecostal Church Gananoque on Saturday January 24 at 11:00 am. Interment Gananoque Cemetery.
