Dear Janet, Please accept my sympathies in the loss of your Mom. Your Mom was a lucky lady to have such a compassionate daughter, willing to care for her with such kindness and diligence. I didn't know your Mom, but if she was at all like you, she must have been a lovely lady. You should have no regrets, knowing that you did everything you could to give her quality of life to the her life's end. Give yourself time to grieve, but then it is time for you and Gary to live again. Get out and do the things you enjoy, laugh a lot knowing that your Mom is in a very happy, peaceful place now.
