Running: Viola Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday November 2, 2008 at the age of 83. Viola Harrison, beloved wife of the late Donald Young and the late Donald Running. Loving mother of Sheran Kent and Donna Cooper and her husband Terry. Cherished grandmother of Janet Kent, Patti Caron, Cory and Shawn Cooper and Jessica and Mark Running. Great grandmother of Anna and Phillip Caron and Layton John Cooper. Dear sister of Betty Barlow. Predeceased by brothers Floyd and Kenneth Harrison, and by sister Joyce Mosier. "Fondly remembered as a mother to many". The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden St. Gananoque on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Memorial Service will be held from Pinegrove Free Methodist Church on Thursday November 6 at 1:00 pm. Donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Pinegrove Church Building fund would be appreciated by the family.
