Obituary of Elva Gardner

Gardner: Elva With sadness in our hearts but with wonderful memories, the family of Elva Mae Gardner (MacMillan) announces her passing on October 12, in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Gerald (Jerry), Loving mother of Gerald John (Jack) Gardner (Vivian) of Gananoque, Virginia Chiles (John) of Midland. Predeceased by Daughter Jan Theiss (Alfred) (Fred) of Vancouver Island. Devoted grandmother to 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Vera Griffin (Gananoque Lake) and Marian Roney (Kingston). Predeceased by sisters Eva Griffin, Elsie Abrams, Hazel Davison and Brother Charles MacMillan. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Wednesday October 15 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday October 16 at 2:00 pm. Internment Olivet Cemetery.
