Sloan: Thelma (Nee Berry) Passed away at the Carveth Care Centre on Wednesday February 22, 2012. Thelma Berry, beloved wife of the late Harris Sloan. Loving mother of Peter (Judy), Nancy Geekie (Kees Poldervaart) and Jeff (Julia). Cherished grandmother of Derek, Jennifer, Katherine, Andrew, Meagan and Brett. Predeceased by her parents Gordon Henry Berry and Adah Elizabeth Campbell, by 2 sisters Helen Brown and Doris Lindsay, and by 1 son in law Murray Geekie. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service in our chapel at 12:00 pm. Interment Olivet Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
