I was just thinking of George today. I hadn't thought about him for years. He and Ed Ross used to drive the dial a bus out of York Mills station and we would always wait till everyone was off the bus and dropped off at home and then George would drop me off at home. As soon as everyone got off the bus he would get up and do a Tarzan yell that couldn't be beat. He also played a lot of Cleo Lane songs. For a 9-year-old kid these two guys were the funniest and greatest especially seeing things weren't that great at home with my parents. Now that I'm 60 I appreciate it 10 times more . So I thank you George and Ed from the bottom of my heart. God bless you both and rest in peace.( even though I'm sure you're doing your best Tarzan yell up there too!) J.
