Peacefully at home on her 78th Birthday Saturday June 27, 2015. Irene Foley beloved wife of Eugene Steacy. Loving Mother of Eugene Jr. (Susan), Randy and Kim Bracken. Also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gerald, Donnie, Tommy and Billy. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the U.H.K.F.
