Obituary of Charles Jack

Jack: Charles Robert Adam (June 1, 1961 - April 14, 2015) Honest and dependable to a fault, this 30 year General Contractor, beloved husband, father and son passed away suddenly the night of April 14, 2015. Despite a valiant resuscitation effort by a co-worker, we lost this loving family man far too soon as he was only in his 54th year. A passionate and devoted husband of Teresa Jack (nee Leakey) for 30 years, loving father of Natasha, Taylor, and Shane of Gananoque, Ontario. He is survived by his mother Anne, Brother James, and Sisters Catherine and Gayle. Proud uncle to several nieces and nephews as well. Charles will be resting at the Tompkins Funeral Home in Gananoque and a Celebration of his Life will be held at the Comfort Inn Gananoque in the Blinkbonnie Room on Sunday April 19th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the P.O.P Partnership Program would be appreciated by the family.
