Diane, Craig and Brody, We are so sorry to hear of the passing of John. We have many fond memories of the Ridge Meadows Minor hockey playing days and the time that we spent with your family. The many tournaments that Craig and Ryan's teams participated in. John was always there with his skate sharpening machine ready to help out the team! It was such a shock to hear the tragic news about John. So unexpected, and unexplained... He and I had a great visit last fall while watching Craig play against the Nepean Raiders, while he was still with the Smiths Falls Bears. No question - that was 1 of John's favourite things to do - watching and supporting his boys' hockey, and it was fun to share it with him.
