We will always remember her happy smile and quick laugh, her visits and funny comments about our "ugly" puppy who became a "handsome" dog, her short notes with splendid enclosures. She left our family with many happy memories, especially her trips with Mom (Jo Mills), which we will continue to share amongst ourselves and our friends. Our sincere sympathy to all of Jean's extended family.

I remember sitting at a child sized table and chairs as a little girl having a tea party with Aunt Jean. We were enjoying the tea and cookies served on the small china cups and saucers, she had given to me. Any time I visited, we had such great and memorable times together laughing, telling stories, just enjoying each occasion, and often going out for lunches too. Will certainly miss your generous spirit and will remember you fondly with much love , always and forever , your neice Gloria

You will be in my thoughts forever. I remember your laugh and your generous spirit. I may still have the dress you helped me make when I was sixteen and I will never forget when you introduced me to the Gananoque Public Library and yes, I remember watching you take a snooze at that boring Anne of Green Gables play we went to last time I saw you. You gave me the courage to stand up for myself, to forge a career in a male dominated field and to never give up. I thought of what you would do whenever things got tough and I got going. I still can't move as fast as you could but my driving might be a bit safer! ;-) With love in my heart, I say goodbye, till I see you on the other side, rest in peace Aunt Jean.
