Passed away suddenly at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday February 28, 2015. Gaston (Tommy) Thompson, beloved husband of Dianne Grodde. Loving father of Michael and Melissa Thompson. Predeceased by one son Kirk Thompson. Will be fondly remembered by his step children Nadine (David) Berry and Melissa Grodde. Predeceased by one sister Jeanne and by one brother Hector. Cherished step grandfather of Madeline, Nathan and Aiden. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street, Gananoque on Thursday evening from 7-9 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held from St. John the Evangelist Church on Friday March 6 at 11:00 am. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Gananoque Humane Society or to the Charity of your Choice would be appreciated by the family.
