Obituary of James Kraemer

Kraemer: Joseph James It is with great sadness that the family of James Joseph Kraemer announces his sudden death on Sunday, January 4rd, 2015. Jim was a retired high school teacher at Donevan Collegiate in Oshawa, an accomplished artist and pianist. For the past number of years Jim lived in Gananoque teaching art and playing in a jazz band. He was predeceased by his devoted wife Wilma Taras and Marie Kraemer. He will be greatly missed by his children, Tom Kraemer and wife Susan, Mary Frances Thompson and husband Dave, Jean Purdy, Theresa Peleshok and husband Phil, John Kraemer and wife Maria, son in law Phil Kirkham. His grandchildren, Robert and Mark Ray, Christopher Thompson, Elizabeth, Kaine and Eva Purdy, Stephanie and Mathew Peleshok, Amanda and Katrina Kraemer, Jeffery and Stacy Kirkham. He was predeceased by his daughter Ann Marie Kirkham, son in law David Purdy and grandson Michael Thompson. Friends and family will be welcomed at the Northview Community Centre at 150 Beatrice St. East in Oshawa, Ontario, on Saturday, January 10th from 1:00-3:00pm.
