Uncle Terry - I remember my mum always speaking very fondly of you, she was very proud of you. As the babies in the family with 2 years between you, you must have been very close. She told me once she missed you dearly. It seems only yesterday that I remember you laughing with her on your visit to the UK some 12 or so years ago. You’ve clearly touched everyone’s lives immensely and will be deeply missed, but I would like to thank you and Auntie Gloria for giving us the opportunity to remember, and be reminded through your lovely children of what a really amazing man you were. To my Dear Dad and Papa to Zachery, Emil, Ursula and Fraser. While it is very painful to say goodbye Dad, I am comforted at the memories we share. It doesn't matter how far away you were, it matters that I thought of you everyday. My fondest memories were when we spent a week together at Daniels and Christins wedding, I had such a good time pushing you around the hotel grounds and swimming in the pool and also eating breakfast together. I remember when you last came down to Devon and the family met Auntie Lil and Uncle Ernie at the Grand Hotel in Torquay, you sat next to Auntie Lil and all the rest of us could hear was both of you laughing out loud. Thanks to my mum for sharing every comfortable moment Dad had. We are all very privileged and honoured by every minute of Dads life, and so I will cherish every memory of the time we spent together. Dad I love you and I will miss you so much, if all Dads held out their hand, it would be yours I hold. Love you Always and Forever Erica, Alan and Grandchildren xxxxxx
