Bulger: Eileen Laura Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Monday June 2, 2014 at the age of 89. Much loved wife of the late John Joseph Bulger. Cherished daughter of the late John and Annie Rackham. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at the Gananoque Cemetery on Friday June 6 at 11:00 am. Donations made in Eileen's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, War Amps of Ontario or to the University Hospital Kingston Foundation (Cancer Centre).
