Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre on Thursday April 24, 2008 in her 95th year. Irene Eyre, beloved wife of the late John Conley. Predeceased by 1 brother Harold Eyre and by 1 sister Blanche Shotter. Cherished Aunt of Marjorie McLennan (Rod), Marlene Vanderscheer (Jake), Robert Eyre (Lisa), Carol Ann Davidson (Derek), Roger Eyre (Gail), Richard Eyre, Elizabeth Sahl (Uwe), and Bud Eyre (Kim). Friends will be received at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Saturday evening from 7-9. Funeral service will be held in our chapel on Sunday April 27 at 3:00 pm. Interment Gananoque Cemetery. Donations made to the Grace United Church Memorial Fund or to the Carveth Care Centre Activation Dept would be appreciated by the family.
