Obituary of Ruth Wing

Wing: Ruth E. (nee Bastien) Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre in Gananoque on Friday November 22, 2013 at the age of 95. Ruth was the beloved wife of the late John W. Wing and subsequently, dear friend and companion to the late Neal M. Draper. She was predeceased by her infant daughter Heather, son Bruce, grandson David, sisters Marguerite, Eveline, Rejane and brothers Robert and Harold. She is survived by her daughter Jane (Bill Deir), grandson Geoff (Sharon Kennedy), granddaughters Heather (Brion MacPherson) and Nancy (Brian Hastings), great grandson Liam, Adam, Sean, and great granddaughter Hadley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with Ruth's wishes there will be no visitation and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. For those wishing, donations can be made to the Gananoque Humane Society in Ruth's memory.
