Obituary of Maxine Harmer

Harmer: Maxamillion Fabiola (Maxine) (nee Campeau) (Born February 23, 1916, Valleyfield Quebec) "Maxine and Stanley Harmer Proprietors of Harmer's Cottages until Retirement in 1980)" Maxine passed away peacefully at Fox Run by the River Retirement Home in her 98th year, Sunday June 30th, 2013. She is predeceased by her husband Stanley, Daughter Joyce, son Reginald and granddaughter Michelle. Dear mother of Lorraine Bertrand (Ronald) Pembroke, Sandi Harmer (Marc Gallant) Ottawa, and Raymond (Nancy) Gananoque. Cherished grandmother of Troy Harmer of Squamish BC, Christopher Minnie and Cheryl Purchase of Madoc, Lesley Beckwith of Lansdowne, Ryan and Stephanie Scott of Ottawa, Raymond and Christopher Harmer both of Gananoque. Sadly missed by 18 great grandchildren and by 4 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from our chapel on Saturday July 6 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the Gananoque Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
