I was so saddened to hear of Carmen’s passing. I met Carmen through the judging she did for the Lansdowne Fair Board as the Floral Judge. She brought such a passion and expertise to the judging of the flowers and arrangements at our Fair. Those of us that had the privilege of being a part of that day were able to experience her wealth of knowledge and love of all things floral. I personally learned so much from her. Carmen was also kind enough to be a presenter at Judging Workshops that I have organized over the years, once again inspiring many people. I will treasure the wonderful memories I have of those days, and send my deepest sympathies to her family.

So very sad to hear of Carmine's sudden passing, my sympathies to Mark,her parents and family. She will be missed by so many people whose lives she touched, not the least of those will be all her friends in the gardening community. Her years as an active member in the Gananoque Horticultural Society and her devotion to keep it viable and alive will be lasting memories for many. As we stop now to ponder on the plants, cuttings and bulbs she shared for our gardens, this will be the lasting memory we have now. We'll miss you Carm.

I was very saddened to hear of Carm's passing. I was fortunate to have worked with her during my time at Joyceville and she always impressed me with her candor, strong will and beautiful spirit.
