Passed away at FoxRun by the River Retirement Home on Saturday July 8, 2023 at the age of 92. Bernice (née McKenna), beloved wife of the late Thomas Popkes. Much loved mother of Sandra (Gary) Vincent, Rusty Popkes (Tammy Dack) and Sharon (Dave) Cole. Cherished grandmother of Alex, Joshua, Brad and Mike. Dear sister of numerous siblings. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Gananoque and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
