Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday May 12, 2023, with family by his side. Much loved father of Dominick. Predeceased by his parents Carl and Mary Maroni. Dear brother of Tony (Elaine), Bill (Suzy), Donna Hall (Ralph) and Carolyn Cornfield (Mike). Predeceased by brother Doug, by sister Ann Maroni and by sister-in-law Meribeth Maroni. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bob could always be found enjoying his beautiful garden. He lived a quiet peaceful life with the beauty of nature surrounding him while hiking, biking, with such extreme talent with his art and his kindness to all. Visits from his friends, family and movies with his son Dominick always brought him such joy to him. We wish to thank everyone for those special visits, calls and support as he felt everyone’s love for him during such difficult times. It was truly appreciated. He leaves a Hug to you all. The family welcomes you to pay your respects at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Saturday May 27 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Gananoque and District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
